OPSEC
What Is Operations Security (OPSEC)?
The Operations Security (OPSEC) process involves five steps: (1) identification of critical information, (2) analysis of threats, (3) analysis of vulnerabilities, (4) assessment of risk, and (5) application of appropriate countermeasures.

Licensing Division
The Maryland State Police Licensing Division administers the provisions of the Annotated Code of Maryland and COMAR related to: the licensing and registration of firearms; handgun permits; security guards and agencies and other licensing functions as defined by statute or regulation.

Security & Investigations
Process Serving
Performing delivery official court documents like summonses, complaints, and subpoenas. This ensures that all parties are properly informed and have the opportunity to respond to the legal action.
Criminal Investigations
Following a systematic process to examine a crime, gather evidence, identify potential suspects, and ultimately determine the truth behind the crime, as well as collecting, preserving, and analyzing evidence, interviewing witnesses and suspects, and reconstructing the events to determine the facts of the case.

Perform a thorough inquiry into a company's activities, often initiated due to concerns about potential wrongdoing, non-compliance, or as part of due diligence to uncover facts, ensure adherence to regulations, and protect the company's reputation and financial health.
Private Security​​
Protective services provided to private companies and individuals to safeguard people, property, and assets, often supplementing or replacing law enforcement services. These services can include security guards, patrols, surveillance, risk assessments, and incident response, aiming to deter crime and minimize damage.
Rates for services may include a retainer as well as expenses and will be negotiated on a case to case basis. Agreed upon payment will be due prior to dissemination of gathered information or performance of specified services. ​
Firearms Training
OpSec, LLC MD HQL & HGP Training Course - $450
Firearms Training - Approximately 8 hours including range time
This course satisfies the Maryland State Police requirement for the Maryland Handgun Qualification License as well as the Maryland Handgun Permit. This 8 hour course will cover State Firearm Law, Handgun mechanisms and operation and a live-fire qualification test that requires the applicant to score a minimum of 70%. Failure to qualify will result in failure of the course and a live-fire re-test will be required. Handgun and ammo provided by the Instructor.
OpSec, LLC Maryland Firearm Training Course - $300
Firearms Training - Approximately 5Â hours including range time
This course satisfies the requirement for the Maryland Handgun Permit and will cover State Firearm Law, Handgun mechanisms and operation and a live-fire qualification test that requires the applicant to score a minimum of 70%. Failure to qualify will result in failure of the course and a live-fire re-test will be required.  Handgun and ammo provided by the Instructor.
Firearms Training - Approximately 5 hours including range time.
This course is for acquiring the Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL). This course will cover State Firearm Law, Home Firearm Safety, Live fire exercise on the range, Handgun mechanisms and operation, Operation and Handling Demonstration. Handgun and ammo provided by the Instructor. The HQL is required by law to purchase a handgun in Maryland.
Firearms Training - Approximately 4 hours including range time.
Introduction to firearm safety and basic shooting. This course will provide instruction on proper grip, stance, sight alignment, site picture, trigger control, engaging the target and follow through / recovery.
Maryland Firearm Qualification - $150
Live Fire Accuracy Test
For the Maryland Handgun Permit (HGP), requires the applicant to demonstrate gun safety and proficiency with a minimum score of 70% accuracy. Firearm, ammunition and safety gear are provided.
OpSec, LLC Realtor Security Training Course - $125
Operational Training - Approximately 2 hours
Training for Real Estate Professionals in the event they find themselves in a dangerous or threatening situation while showing a home or running an Open House alone.
USCCA Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals - $250
Firearms Training - Approximately 5Â hours including range time.
Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals is a comprehensive course for anyone considering owning or carrying a firearm for self-defense. The course is a complete guide to understanding conflict avoidance and situational awareness; home security and home defense; handgun, shotgun and AR-15 basics; shooting fundamentals; the physiology of violent encounters; the legal aspects of using deadly force (including knowing what to do in the aftermath); and a complete guide on gear, gadgets, and ongoing training.
Glock Cleaning and Lubricating. Training: $100, Service: $75
Glocks Only
Field Strip, clean and lubricate your Glock pistol either as a service or as a training for Glock owners.

Tutorials are taught online via Zoom, however live fire training must be done in person at Guntry in Owings Mills, Maryland.
Payment Methods: Zelle, Paypal, CashApp, and Cash
Payment is due in full prior to training, except if paying in cash.

The Zoom portion of a course will begin promptly at the specified time. Students arriving to the course later than 15 minutes without prior notification to the instructor will not be allowed to participate and their payment will be forfeited. ​
